dhanjot - my story
Years ago, I found myself in a place of profound pain, diagnosed with two illnesses deemed incurable by conventional medicine.
My healing journey began in the whispering stillness of the Alps — walking in silence, step by step.
Later, the path of plant medicine revealed even deeper layers of remembrance, transformation, and healing.
Surrender: The Healer of Healers

Some of what I share is not mine — but what life has whispered through the cracks. Together, we remember, walking the path of transformation as one.
Healing did not come from doing more — but from surrendering. Surrender, the master of life, has been my greatest teacher. And still is. When people ask me, “How did you do it?” The first thing I say is: I didn’t do it alone. I never walked this path alone. Even in solitude, I was guided. I always asked for help — what I call The Power to Be Powerless, or in other words: the power of prayer.
And in that breath, I began to hear life speak from deep within.
From silence and surrender, a new way of living was born.
This is the space I now hold for others — not to fix, but to listen, to remember, to allow, to honor.
My own long journey through deep, multi-layered healing transformed me in ways I could never have imagined.
And today, I walk this path in service — to remind you:
Healing is not only possible — It is your Birthright.

Sound as Medicine, Voice as Prayer
Before this journey, I was not a singer. But as the tensions in my spine — belly, chest, throat — began to soften and release, something unexpected emerged. I became like a hollow bamboo, a vessel through which voice could finally flow. Sound, music, and vibration became some of my deepest medicines — awakening parts of me that words could never reach. Singing offered a way to feel, to express, to transform and to heal. I believe every human being carries a unique and powerful voice within. I often say: Less talking, more singing
Prayer became my breath

Silence: The Medicine of Medicines
When I began walking in silence — closing the external doors of noise and distraction — something within me finally had space to speak, to unfold, to heal. In the stillness of nature, I was not searching — I was remembering. Earth, air, water, fire — I could feel myself returning to what is essential. Silence became my companion and my guide — not empty, but profoundly alive. It taught me how to listen. And as I allowed what was revealed to move through me, I began to transform.
Yoga: The Sacred Geometry of Healing
I studied and served in an Ashram in Portugal for eight years. To me, yoga is both a science and a devotion — a dance between Shakti and Bhakti. It is the sacred geometry of the body — a science of angles and triangles, where breath movement and alignment awaken energy, healing and presence within. Being a yogi all these years has helped me stay grounded and connected, especially in moments of deep pain. When my inner world felt like it was crumbling, yoga became my sanctuary — a quiet space of breath, release and stillness.
