DHANJOT - MY STORY

Years ago, I stopped listening to my body. I numbed its signals through unconscious ways of escaping and addictive substances, pushing away what I wasn’t ready to feel or hear. Until one day, my body could no longer whisper — it began to scream.

I found myself in profound pain, diagnosed with  illnesses considered incurable by conventional medicine. When medication wasn’t helping, the only path left was to stop and listen to what my body was trying to tell me.

My healing journey began in the stillness of the Alps — walking in silence, step by step. Years later, I encountered plant medicine when I was ready to truly understand it, having already walked the path of surrender. Everything arrived in its own time.

Some of what I share is not mine — but what life has whispered through the cracks.
Together, we remember, walking the path of transformation as one.

SURRENDER -  THE HEALER OF HEALERS

Healing did not come from doing more — but from surrendering.
Surrender became one of my greatest teachers. And it still is.

When people ask me, “How did you do it?” I always say:
The Power to Be Powerless.

I learned that I didn’t have to walk this path alone. Even in solitude, I was guided. I learned to ask for help, to release control, and to trust something greater than myself.

PRAYER BECAME MY BREATH

Prayer, for me, begins before words.
It begins as a longing in the heart — a quiet intention that eventually finds its way into the spoken word.

Prayer taught me to listen rather than control, to trust rather than force.

And the deeper I listened, the more I was drawn toward the place where prayer becomes almost wordless: silence.

SILENCE: THE DOORWAY WITHIN

When I began walking in silence — closing the external doors of noise and distraction — something within me finally had space to speak, to unfold, to be felt. Feeling is healing. In the stillness of nature, I was not searching — I was remembering.

Earth, air, water, fire — I could feel myself returning to what is essential.

I learned that silence is not simply about not speaking. It is about stepping away from the ways we distract ourselves — the phone, coffee, sugar, stimulation, habits, addictions, the constant need to do.

When those doors close, there is nowhere else to go but within. To simply be and listen.

And from that place, what has been buried begins to rise — emotions, fears, patterns, and truths waiting to be seen.

Silence became my companion and my guide, teaching me to listen deeply as what was once unseen began to reveal itself.

PLANT MEDICINE:
BRINGING THE UNSEEN TO LIGHT

Plant medicine became an important part of my healing journey, revealing what was hidden deep within my unconscious — the samskaras — and allowing me to see, feel, and move through what was ready to unfold.

Much of what we come here to heal lives beyond our conscious awareness — woven into old patterns, emotional imprints, and unresolved wounds that quietly shape our lives without us even knowing.

What had been buried could finally surface.
What had been held could finally be felt.

As these layers emerged, I was given the opportunity to meet them with awareness, compassion, and presence. We heal not by escaping, but by allowing.

With each layer that softened and released, I felt myself returning to the truth of who I am beneath the stories, fears, and conditioning.

More and more, I became a channel, and something unexpected began to emerge:

my voice.

SOUND AS MEDICINE - VOICE AS PRAYER

Before this journey, I was not a singer.
But as the tensions in my belly, chest, and throat began to soften and release, something unexpected emerged.

I became like a hollow bamboo, a vessel through which voice could finally flow.

I believe every human being carries a unique and powerful voice within. Voice activation became part of my work, helping others free what’s held back through voice and communication.

Sound, music, and vibration became some of my deepest medicines. Singing offered a way to feel, express, and transform.

As we vibrate, we remember — the air, the trees, the universe vibrate with us. We remember we are one.

I often say: Less talking, more singing.

This connection with sound led me to Nada Yoga — the Yoga of Sound — and opened the door to other disciplines of yoga.

YOGA: THE SACRED GEOMETRY OF HEALING

I studied and served in an Ashram in Portugal for eight years.

To me, yoga is both a science and a devotion — a dance between Shakti and Bhakti.

It is the sacred geometry of the body — a science of angles and triangles where breath, movement, and alignment awaken energy and presence within.

Being a yogi all these years has helped me stay grounded and connected, especially during moments of deep pain.

When my inner world felt like it was crumbling, yoga became my sanctuary — a space of breath, release, and stillness.

Again and again, it brought me back to my center.

It taught me that healing is not about becoming someone else, but about remembering who we truly are.
